Get A New Weekly Menu Every Weekend
Our balanced dinner plans are designed using the Monash Low FODMAP app and checked by a FODMAP trained dietitian. Every meal is low FODMAP and can be customised to be gluten free, dairy free, and nut free. Each week your five recipes will include a mixture of chicken, beef, pork, lamb, fish, and a vegetarian/light meat option.
Swap Out Recipes
Don’t like the look of a recipe? No problem, just switch the recipe with one stored in your favourites box or the recipe database. Don’t need all five recipes? You can customise your plan and swap in 'Eat Out' or 'Leftover' options instead.
Customise Your Shopping List
Our smart shopping lists automatically update when you swap out a recipe. Your list can then be printed or updated in your browser. Tricky ingredients come with buying tips to make sure you buy FODMAP friendly products.
Scale Recipes To Suit
